Revive Massage

Booking Policy

To Cancel:
Make contact by calling, leaving a message, email or text at least 12 hours before the booking.
Re-schedule
contact us at least 6 hours before appointment for a reschedule.
Late arrival
You can expect to lose some massage time if you are unexpectedly late, if we have subsequent clients. A courtesy call or text could mean we can juggle things better for you.
‘No-Show’ deal:
If you don’t contact us as asked (or are a no-show), there’s only one way to appease the invoice dept lady:
a bottle of wine or home baked goodies with your next visit. We reserve the right to ask clients to pre-pay for future timeslots.
Gift voucher policy
Bookings using vouchers must cancel 24 hours before the booking. A late call, or no show will result in the
voucher being redeemed. We are happy for you to gift or sell the voucher to someone else if you cannot make it and do not cancel within 24hours.
The voucher is considered redeemed on its expiry date whether used or not unless otherwise arranged with revive prior to expiry only.
Daily-deal vouchers
As a goodwill offer, a late cancel or ‘no-show’ daily deal voucher holder can top-up the voucher’s price to the standard massage rate if you wish to use the voucher. This offer expires 2 weeks after original appointment date.
We will redeem the dollar value only of daily-deal vouchers for 2 weeks past their expiry date only. i.e if the voucher cost $40, you can use it as a $40 credit toward standard rates. 2 weeks post-expiry date, the daily-deal voucher holds no redeemable value. The only exception to this is if the holder contacts us prior to expiry to request an extension – which we will usually offer in goodwill. please make contact before expiry for this.

Please try and re-schedule or cancel as early as possible. The later you leave it, the more likely the massage therapist and revive’s livelihood will be affected. Keep us in the loop and we’ll get along like peas in a pod:)

Friendly and effective massage
